PHPSG Mission Statement

  • The Pharmacy and Health  Professions Student Government (PHPSG) promotes the Creighton University Mission to advocate ethics, service, and professionalism of the highest standard for students in the Occupational Therapy, Pharmacy, and Physical Therapy programs
  • In to promote interaction and ideals of the school, the PHPSG organizes various activities for students in the School such as the fall picnic, spring banquet, and PHPSG and class elections.
  • The PHPSG ensures the proper, orderly and fair allocation of funds from the Creighton Students Union (CSU) to class committees and university registered student organizations represented on the PHPSG board.
  • Equality and a fair and equal opportunity for leadership for its members are priorities of the PHPSG.
  • The PHPSG also serves to provide a forum for its members to voice their concerns.

PHPSG Members

All students in the School of Pharmacy and Health Professions are members of the PHPSG.  Each class, organization and club has a representative that attends board meetings every other week.  In addition, there are 2 representatives from each program (OT, Pharmacy, PT) that attend designated Creighton Students Union (CSU) meetings.  The board also includes 5 executive members; President, a Vice President from each program, Secretary and Treasurer.
