Welcome to the Office of Faculty Development (OFD) in Creighton University's School of Pharmacy and Health Professions. The OFD offers a variety of activities and services designed to promote and enhance teaching and learning in pharmacy, occupational therapy and physical therapy. The Office is committed to Creighton University's mission of academic excellence and the centrality of student learning.

Mission:

The mission of the Office of Faculty Development is to facilitate the development of a learning community in the School that is transformative and centered on enhancing faculty effectiveness and promoting student learning. The OFD will facilitate, support and promote the scholarship of teaching, and learning within the School. 
There are two critical foundational components for the Office:

1. A foundation of shared trust, motivation, language, and guidelines across students, administration, faculty and staff; and
2. An emphasis on the scholarship of teaching and learning.
