All sessions will begin at approximately 8:00 a.m. on the first day and end at 5:00 p.m. on the last day.

Emergency Contact Information
All students are required to complete this form. It will provide us with emergency and vital contact information while you are staying in Omaha for your summer session. All students in the 2010 and 2012 classes must complete the form by Tuesday, March 31. All students in the class of 2011 by Wednesday, June 24.  The form completion deadline has passed.  Contact Andrea Winters (andreawinters@creighton.edu) with questions or if you need to complete the form.

On-Campus Housing

•  If you elect to stay on campus, a housing form must be completed and submitted to the Department of Residence Life.  All students in the class of 2010 and class of 2012 must complete the housing form by Tuesday, March 31. All students in the class of 2011 must complete the housing form by Wednesday, June 24. You may submit the form via US Mail, fax or email. The instructions and where to send the housing from can be found at the bottom of the form.
•  This year’s location for housing for the 2010 and 2011 classes is Kenefick Hall.  The class of 2012 will be staying in Heider Hall. The accommodations include: Sheets for the bed, a blanket, pillow, two towels, and a wash cloth.  All Kenefick and Heider rooms have a private bathroom and a kitchenette (Includes small refrigerator, sink and small oven/range. No utensils or pots/pans are provided).
• All billing for on-campus housing will be charged through the Creighton University Business Office and viewable in your NEST account.  An ebill will be sent to your CU Mail account on or around May 4 (2010 and 2012) or July 10 (2011).  You can view instructions on how billing works to your student account and NEST HERE.
• Kenefick Hall is located on 20^th St. between Cass and Capitol Sts (320 N. 20^th St.).  Heider Hall is located on 22^nd St. between Chicago and Davenport.  Campus Map
  When arriving at Kenefick or Heider, you will need to check-in with the front-desk worker who will have your room assignment. Please be sure to bring your Creighton-issued ID as that will allow you access into the building. If you have questions before you arrive, please contact the Department of Residence Life.

Dress & Behavior Code
Students must dress in a professional manner. Each student must wear a clean white lab coat in the laboratory at all times. Tee-shirts, shorts, jeans and open-toed shoes are specifically prohibited. Other clothes that would be inappropriate in a direct patient care setting are also prohibited. Non-compliance with these polices will result in loss of points assigned to that dispensing lab session.  All students are encouraged to follow the recommended student dress code.

CPR Renewal for Class of 2011
1. To register, go to the EMS website at http://ems.creighton.edu
2. Click on American Heart Assoc (AHA)
3. Scroll down to the BLS Renewal classes
4. Click on the July 27, 2009, class which will take you directly to the registration page. When registering, complete ALL required boxes.
5. You must take your current BLS card and BLS for Healthcare Providers textbook when you attend the class.
