Dr. Linda Gabriel, faculty associate for the Center for Health Policy and Ethics and assistant professor of occupational therapy, received an AOTA Service Commendation for her membership on the Ethics Commission from 2006-2009.

René Padilla, associate dean for the Office Academic and Student Affairs and associate professor of occupational therapy, received an AOTA Service Commendation for his charmanship of the OT Model Curriculum Ad Hoc Committee from 2007-2008.
