Creighton Student Receives Lou Carta Scholarship


Mark Farrage, a third year pharmacy student at Creighton University, has been chosen to receive the 2009 Lou Carta Scholarship from the Southwest Iowa Pharmacists Association.

Mark Farrage, a third year pharmacy student at Creighton University, has been chosen to receive the 2009 Lou Carta Scholarship from the Southwest Iowa Pharmacists Association.  The award is $1000 to be applied to Mark's fall 2009 tuition.  Finalists included students from Creighton, UNMC, Drake, and Iowa.  Committee members were Lou Carta, Tom Fox, Andi Crossley, Alicia Vanden Bosch, and Tony Beraldi.  SIPA has awarded the scholarship annually for the past 10 years, since 2000.
