Entry-level Applicants

The fall 2010 application for admission is available online beginning July 15. The final deadline is February 1. Additional preferred and extended deadline information is available on the program specific web pages.

Post-professional Applicants

The preferred deadlines for applications and supporting documentation from licensed practitioners or its equivalent are by program. Click on a link to the right for the appropriate application information.

Application

With the exception of the pharmacy PharmCAS and physical therapy PTCAS centralized applications, applications are completed online using our Fire Engine Red.

Criminal Background Checks
The Creighton School of Pharmacy and Health Professions requires criminal background checks and/or drug tests for all enrolled entry-level students in order to verify an individual's suitability to participate in experiential education rotations and to ensure patient safety.
