Student Research Opportunities

The Student Research program provides stipend support for professional students engaged in collaborative research initiatives with School of Pharmacy and Health Professions (SPAHP) faculty sponsors.  Students may choose to participate in either of the following programs:

  • Summer Intensive Program (June-August)
  • Academic Year Program (August-May)

To apply for this program, a student must complete the Program Guidelines and application.  The following items need to be submitted to the Associate Dean for Research (c/o Mavis Hall, Boyne Room 143) office by the appropriate deadline:

  • Completed application form
  • Brief paragraph describing the proposed activities (150 word abstract)
  • Letter of support from a faculty sponsor

The student may choose either program, however may not apply for both programs.  To be eligible, a student must be a full-time student in the SPAHP and in good academic standing.  Applications for both programs are only accepted once a year.  For additional information please contact Mavis Hall at 280-5172.
