The School of Pharmacy and Health Professions (SPAHP) Office of
Research has a primary role of service to the SPAHP faculty, staff and
students by providing leadership in facilitating research and
development to support faculty, student and staff research initiatives.

• support for faculty,

HIPAA regulation compliance
investigator support services

laboratory facilities assistance
facilitate services related to
information technology related to research
research and scholarship
dissemination
developed research initiatives
• service of interpreting agency regulations and guidelines
Assure:
• the training and education in the ethical and legal conduct of
research for:
committee members
investigators
staff
students
• basic science and laboratory facilities compliance
• biostatistician support
• research assistant support
Foster:
• interdepartmental and interdisciplinary (collaborative research)
• collaboration between basic and clinical investigators to promote
translational research
Disseminate:
• material received from the Creighton University Grants Administration
Office
Enhance:
• industry-sponsored clinical research programs
