Patient Safety
The Patient Safety Portfolio of Scholarship and Research report was developed by the School of Pharmacy and Health Professions Office of Research. This report was prepared to respond to specific requests about what is happening in patient safety by the American Association of Colleges of Pharmacy, the state of Nebraska eHealth Council, and the Nebraska Health Information Initiative (NeHII).
This is a strong area of development, research, and scholarship that several faculty and students have been highly involved in and are making contributions to the state and the nation through this work.
The faculty members in the Center of Health Services Research and Patient Safety have a strong interest in patient safety. The CHRP website provides details for some of their recent work.
