Received a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Nebraska Medical Center, 1980,ASHP-Accredited Residency, Holy Cross Hospital, Fort Lauderdale, FL., 1980-1981, Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist, 1992, re-certified 1999 and again in 2006.
